During Mr. Martinez’s tenure as an Assistant District Attorney in Cameron County, Texas; he served in both the Misdemeanor and Felony Divisions. In 2012, he began his career as a Misdemeanor Prosecutor. Weeks from being sworn in by the Supreme Court of Texas as an Attorney, Mr. Martinez went to trial on DWI cases. As a Prosecutor he went to trial on over 30 jury trials that included cases from Possession of Marijuana to Murder. He was promoted to the Money Laundering Division Prosecutor where he served until he left the office in the year 2016.

Mr. Martinez obtained his Georgia Bar License in the year 2017. In Georgia he went to trial on several Federal Immigration Removal cases. From the start of 2017, he fought to get clients out of Federal ICE custody by obtaining Immigration Bonds granted. Since the start of the year 2021, he has been successful in dismissing Immigration cases for the clients he helped get released.
